IN2 CLOUD is a new business with a clear vision and lofty goals. Our mission is to become the go to premium agency for professionals who specialise in finance transformation and ERP markets. We are the newest brand of IN2 CONSULT founded in 2017 to focus on the finance and accounting markets. After achieving exponential growth year on year we are now launching IN2 CLOUD to help innovative, forward thinking clients bridge the gap between finance and tech and move their business into the cloud by connecting them to ERP experts..
These markets are established but offer hyper growth, as businesses unify their finance and tech ecosystems and take advantage of AI to give them an edge over their competitors.
As part of the founding squad you will have no barriers in front of you and you’ll be encouraged to take things as far as possible. We want stars who can set the tone for all future hires by leading from the front. If you want to be a top biller or dynamic leader to help scale the business, we want to hear from you.
In essence, we are a start-up but have an exceptional launch pad, as we benefit from leveraging IN2 Consults networks and client base. With modern offices and tailored training from our L&D department to provide you with the right skills and focus to be highly successful.
The Co-Founders are highly ambitious and successful, with a lengthy track record of developing high performers in sales and leadership within recruitment. We are keen to work with people with high potential and help mentor your own career within recruitment.
Day to Day duties;

Growing and nurturing a candidate and client network

Delivering an exceptional customer experience – we people focussed
-
Building in-depth market knowledge
-
Relationships building – Phone based and F2F meetings
-
Identifying leads, and opportunities to grow your business
-
Business development – pitching, presenting, demonstrating
-
Account managing processes, CV submissions, interviews, etc..

Negotiating – Commercial fees, offer, salaries, rebates and much more
Background;

Proven track record in sales – ideally outbound telesales
-
People person – this role is all about communication – you must like to talk!

Driven – we’ll be interested to know all about your goals

Self starter – there are no limits to what you can achieve here

Uncapped commission with no threshold

The day you make a placement is the day you start getting commission

Apple Laptop – so you can work where you want to

Roll over commission – if you bill over £60,000 you get an additional 3 % of what you billed that quarter

1 day per week working remotely – This increases as you progress
