In the UK we provide these services to approximately 1000 UK businesses. We are now seeking to expand our recruitment offering to a new client base outside of the businesses we currently support.

You will be working alongside an existing team of 9 experienced recruitment professions who look after our internal clients in a friendly and grown-up environment where progression opportunities are limitless.
All the infrastructure you require to be successful including accountancy, legal, marketing and IT will be provided.
The Role
- Developing and winning new business opportunities
- Delivery of full end to end recruitment service
- Candidate sourcing, attraction, engagement and management
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Following up regularly on all activities including calls, leads and marketing channels
- Provide first class, outstanding customer service
Requirements
- Proven sales and recruitment experience is essential
- Proven experience in consistently exceeding sales targets and negotiating high level contracts.
- Ability to develop and secure new business opportunities across large areas of the country
- Tenacity and resilience – able to keep going even when under pressure and facing tough situations.
- Confident to present high-level pitches to senior executives.
- Drive and enthusiasm to learn and succeed.
- Commercially astute
- Excellent contact network and a proven networker
