A leading company operating in the healthcare industry is collaborating with the talent acquisition team at NET Recruit on their search to find an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join the team in the Crawley area. This role will sit in the heart of the business and support the senior management with the day-to-day running of the business, looking after the workforce and its efficiency, to supporting on the proposal and onboarding processes for new clients. This role is dynamic and fast paced and will involve the daily liaisons with multiple internal teams as well as some outside stakeholders. Equally, this will be vital to the continued growth and success of the business and a true merit of this role is the ability to know you are making a clear difference to the success of the business and your work colleagues.

Your Role and Responsibilities
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:

* Leading the day-to-day duties and members of the Operations team, handling 1:1’s and team meetings, ensuring that actions are documented and that objectives for the team are set and reviewed
* Monitoring and reviewing employee performance, including competencies, and highlight areas for improvement, along with practical plans to address issues
* Developing personal development plans for colleagues and handling the implementation of periodical training
* Overseeing the recruitment to meet demand for the business, ensuring that costs align with the budget
* Supporting on strategic plans for growth, including the creation of business plans to target new areas and markets, with ideas on exploiting these against the strengths of the business
* Taking a lead role in delivering projects to support new business and growth opportunities and supporting on client projects to ensure they are well supported from an operational view point
* Overseeing the production of Management Information packs for operations and clients on a weekly basis for stakeholders

What you will need to Apply:
This dynamic opportunity will suit someone in possession of a Business Management or related qualification and strong experience working within an operations role, where focusses involved driving culture, working closely with HR, supporting client proposals and onboarding, performance analytics, and handling processes and procedures. You would ideally have strong knowledge of policies and regulations such as GDPR and other such legislation and also have a good aptitude for IT software and systems. Excellent communication and organisation skills are key in this role. A full driving license is also required.

What you will get in Return:
