As a Project Implementation Specialist, your key responsibilities include:
- Delivering project implementation services to clients with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Promoting and encouraging ITRM services, ensuring smooth and accurate delivery to specified standards.
- Collaborating closely with the Resource Manager to align with the Resource Management Process.
- Creating and scheduling work packages in collaboration with the Resource Manager.
- Ensuring high-quality, customer-centric communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Providing training and support within scope and standards.
- Sharing responsibility for project transitions from technical solutions to implementation and from implementation to business as usual.
- Acting as Project Manager for implementations without an assigned ITRM project manager.
- Securing customer sign-off at the conclusion of an implementation or project.
- Participating in lessons learned activities, offering valuable feedback to the technical solutions team and maintaining ITRM’s technical standards.
- Acting as a technical stakeholder in customer meetings, supporting Project Managers or Account Managers.
- Keeping knowledge current with technology, innovation, and industry standards through self-study.
- Providing technical leadership, support, and mentoring to junior team members.
