The role/company:
Our client is an independent wealth planning company based in Teddington.
They are now looking for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator / Wealth Planning
Administrator to join their close knit team of 4.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Organising the Advisers diary
Managing the Advisers inbox
Planning ahead and getting everything ready for their client meetings
Working closely with the Advisers to ensure clients are offered exceptional care
Contacting existing clients to organize their annual reviews and booking into the Advisers diary
Varied role, including writing suitability reports
Who this role would suit….
This would suit either some who is already working as a IFA Administrator / Wealth Planning Administrator and is looking for more of a Senior IFA Administrator role.
Someone who loves organising, planning, supporting the Advisers making sure that they are free to spend their time with their clients
Additional information:
The Hours are 9am-5.30pm
Salary up to £42,000
Holiday – 25 days + BH
