An interesting opportunity, in a six month fixed term contract, for a dedicated Senior HR Pay and Rewards Advisor for a public sector body based in London. You will be responsible for the full range of pay and reward activity, with a particular focus on data modelling and translating findings into meaningful management information.

Description
Reporting to the HR Manager – Reward, the Senior HR Pay and Rewards Advisor will be responsible for developing and delivering complex pay and reward activities by:
* Leading on the preparation and submission of the annual Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap reports, including completing calculations, data analysis and drafting the reports;
* Creating and checking pay data models relating to the annual pay settlement for all employees and translating the data into meaningful options for discussion at a senior level;
* Supporting the accurate and timely implementation and communication of pay awards through data checking, producing communications for staff and engaging internally and across Government to ensure all pay award actions are completed;
* Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external pay-related data requests and leading on the completion of these to ensure accurate and timely data returns and publication;
* Monitoring and tracking of ongoing reward activity, to ensure that all pay and reward activities are delivered in a consistent, professional and timely way.
Profile
The successful Senior HR Pay and Rewards Advisor should have:
- Experience of preparing proposals, models, business cases or reports resulting from numerical analysis to draw evidence-based conclusions, make recommendations and inform decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information in a way that is appropriate and straightforward to the audience.
- A confident Excel user to produce accurate data and models.
Please note, this is an initial six month contract position where candidates are required to start quickly, so would not suit somebody on a long term notice period.
Job Offer
The successful HR Pay and Rewards Advisor role will pay a pro-rata salary of £42,000 – £45,000 dependent on previous experience.
