The CMA HR Division are currently working exclusively with a prestigious client based in Southampton, Hampshire to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation and positive culture to assist the Head of HR with the day to day running of HR and projects for the HR Team. This role has a clear succession path to HR Manager with the aim of the role is to create a first-class employee experience.
What will the Senior HR Advisor role involve?
- Provide support on the HR Strategy including running HR projects.
- Performance management, through coaching managers/programmes
- Leading Wellbeing programmes for the business
- Employee engagement and employee relations
- Leading on Learning & development programmes
- People analytics; timely monthly and quarterly P&D KPI reporting.
Suitable Candidate for the Senior HR Advisor vacancy:
- Strong HR Advisory skills, including coaching and advising managers
- Ideally CIPD Level 7 or studying towards
- Excellent IT skills,
