Below is an overview of the things you will take responsibility for:
Working closely with the HR Manager on all areas of HR including talent management, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, engagement, health and wellbeing
Advising Managers in relation to all areas of HR policy and process
Conducting investigations
Guiding Managers through the companies performance management process
Collating information from exit interviews and managing the leaver process
Creating and delivering internal communications across the business
Reviewing reward and benefit initiatives internally and benchmarking externally, ensuring fairness and competitiveness
Leading on recruitment and selection, monitoring key recruitment metrics
Supporting the drive for equality, diversity and inclusion
Continual review of HR policies and procedures
