If so this Senior HR Advisor vacancy may be for you! My client is looking for someone to play a key role in further embedding best practice, driving a high-performance culture.
Below is an overview of the things you will take responsibility for:
- Working closely with the HR Manager on all areas of HR including talent management, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, engagement, health and wellbeing
- Advising Managers in relation to all areas of HR policy and process
- Conducting investigations
- Guiding Managers through the companies performance management process
- Collating information from exit interviews and managing the leaver process
- Creating and delivering internal communications across the business
- Reviewing reward and benefit initiatives internally and benchmarking externally, ensuring fairness and competitiveness
- Leading on recruitment and selection, monitoring key recruitment metrics
- Supporting the drive for equality, diversity and inclusion
- Continual review of HR policies and procedures
