Schedule: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday – Friday

The role of the Senior Estimator – Contract Kitchens will involve:
- Estimator position producing estimates, costings and full tenders for a manufactured range of contract kitchens sold into developers and tier 1 contractors (circa 50 – 250 plots)
- Reading and interpreting plans and design briefs to create quote for sales team
- Ensuring all designs and specification are technically correct and reporting back to CAD or sales when requested details are not possible
- Negotiating prices with suppliers
- Producing company presentations and supporting documents with accurate information
- Inputting data into SMART (margins, price controls, encyclopaedia and prices) as needed and controlling other internal reporting systems
- Liaising with sales team to ensure that deadlines are met
- Maintaining electronic files to ensure current quotes are easily accessible
- Managing and growing the Estimating team (currently 1 direct report)
- Working closely with the senior management team
The ideal applicant will be an Senior Estimator – Contract Kitchens with:
- Must have estimating experience within the contract kitchen market sector
- Familiar with working in a fast placed environment with strict deadlines
- Commercially minded individual who always seeks to save costs where possible
- Must be IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ideally familiar with SMART and Winner software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High levels of attention to detail, accuracy and organisation
