I am looking for a skilled Senior Digital Marketing Executive with a flair for creating impactful marketing campaigns that align with ROI-led business goals. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, trends, and technologies. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and contribute to revenue growth for an eco-friendly brand on a global scale. This company offers hybrid working with Mondays and Fridays working from home. 

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and execute cutting-edge digital marketing strategies that resonate with our eco-friendly brand values and business objectives.

  • Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across key channels, including email, social media, web, and PR.

  • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to produce compelling content for digital platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.

  • Monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, analyse data, and derive actionable insights for campaign improvement.

  • Manage marketing budgets with a focus on cost-efficiency and forecast future marketing needs.

  • Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to boost organic visibility and attract targeted traffic.

  • Communicate digital marketing strategies and outcomes to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to foster innovation and ongoing enhancement.

  • Work closely with external agencies and internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure marketing efforts are integrated with overall business strategies and optimise the customer journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a proven track record in campaign execution and performance analysis.

  • Proficient in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEM.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Semrush, GA4).

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively with stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams.

  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude, ready to take on a hands-on role within a small business environment.
