Senior Business Analyst (Infrastructure)– £45,000-£50,000 – Willerby/Hull
My client are a dedicated provider aiming to bring high quality broadband services to the remote and rural area. Due to continued growth and exciting technological advancements we are looking to bring on a Senior Business Analyst (Infrastructure) to join the team.
As the Senior Business Analyst (Infrastructure) you will be part of the systems team and will be dedicated to both short-term tactical analysis and definition but also be critical to the ongoing continual systems improvements at a strategic level.
The Senior Business Analyst (Infrastructure) will be heavily involved with the future phases of an internal Salesfoce Transformation project amongst other Infrastructure and System Improvements. The role will be heavily focused on requirements elicitation and validation for systems capability and changes, leading in to process, documentation and guidance improvements to the business.
On a daily basis the Senior Business Analyst (Infrastructure) will be responsible for:
- Working with stakeholders to understand business plans and objectives
- Defining, documenting or reviewing processes to ensure they are fit for purpose and support delivery of business plans
- Be the Lead Business Analyst and represent the IT function on all major projects and improvements
- Bridging the gap between the business and IT – translating the non-technical into technical and vice versa
- Support specific project activity with requirements gathering and producing documentation such as user stories

To be considered for the role Senior Business Analyst (Infrastructure) of you should have previous experience as a Business Analyst within an IT function. You should understand Agile delivery methods and ideally have experience of running small teams.
