Description
As a Senior Assistant Management Accountant, your main duties will include:
* Undertaking a leading role in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and five year financial plans, monitoring and reporting on variances;
* Managing individual accounts, budgets and audit compliance including account structure set ups;
* Responsibility for producing and posting monthly accrual and prepayment journals in addition to releasing and authorising approved expenses;
* Producing monthly management accounts returns and financial reports to strict deadlines;
* Ensuring invoicing and recharging is done in a timely manner;
* Acting as a professional point of contact for advice and support on financial matters.
Profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive finance professional with experience providing an excellent service to non-financial stakeholders. Experience with financial planning and forecasting, budgetary control and management of account structures is essential.
You will have substantial experience of working in a similar role and have excellent analytical and IT skills. You will also be a strong team player and have the ability to work effectively on your own initiative.
