This full time and long term role offers a great opportunity for progression, development and a sense of achievement. Students who attend this school have various backgrounds, and are all on EHCPS. Your role & responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to implement learning and development plans.
- De-escalate, Prevent and Support students in regulating emotions
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the school setting.
Non-negotiables:
- Proven experience working with children
- A minimum of 6 months UK based experience
- Good understanding of SEN
- Resilient, Reliable and Engaging Individual
