Milk Education have partnered with a specialist all through school in Southwark, who are looking to appoint a CREATIVE, RELIABLE and RESLIANT individual to support students at their school. This full time and long term role offers a great opportunity for progression, development and a sense of achievement. Students who attend this school have various backgrounds, and are all on EHCPS. Do you want to work in a challenging, yet rewarding role? Are you available full time and to start after half term?

You will be working with students from 11-19 years

Monday-Friday 8:30-15:45

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to implement learning and development plans.
  • De-escalate, Prevent and Support students in regulating emotions
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the school setting.

Non-negotiables:

  • Proven experience working with children
  • A minimum of 6 months UK based experience
  • Good understanding of SEN
  • Resilient, Reliable and Engaging Individual
