Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to devise business strategies aimed at fostering growth and ensuring sustained success
- Oversee the business development process from initial assessment to finalisation
- Support brand visibility and business expansion in targeted markets
- Cultivate and uphold a robust technical comprehension of the organisation’s offerings and strategies
- Explore and identify new possibilities for client and relationship development
- Deliver confident presentations to clients, prospects, and intermediaries, detailing the company’s investments and strategies
- Contribute to the enhancing of efficiencies within the broader business development function
- Participate in crafting high quality sales and marketing materials
- Familiarise yourself with competitor funds in the UK and Europe
- Organise regular physical and virtual roadshows across the UK and Europe to enhance the products visibility
- Stay informed and adhere to all compliance requirements, keeping abreast of regulatory changes
Requirements:
- Proficiency in a second European language is desirable
- Expect a blend of office work and travel for client meetings
- Established network and experience in EMEA and Asia, with a preference for the following regions: UK, Iberia, Italy, Switzerland, France, Nordics, or Asia
- In-depth knowledge of traditional and alternative products, experience selling both UCITS and alternative funds
- Proven track record in asset raising
- Positive, proactive attitude and effective communication skills and relationship building skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
