Our esteemed client in Balham seeks a dynamic Sales Business Manager to bolster their thriving estate agency team.
Role Overview:
·Drive business growth within designated branch(es) to optimize revenue and profitability.
·Lead, inspire, and mentor team members to unlock their potential and meet sales objectives.
·Assume accountability for achieving branch-specific KPIs and executing business plan targets.
·Ensure unwavering compliance with company standards across all branches.
Key Responsibilities:
·Strategically manage staffing levels in alignment with company objectives to surpass customer expectations. ·Implement efficient systems and procedures for enhanced business efficacy and superior customer service.
·Mentor team members through structured Learning & Development processes to attain individual KPIs and objectives.
·Directly manage and guide staff performance, rectify sub par performance, and deliver constructive feedback.
·Uphold staff standards and behaviour as per the Staff Handbook guidelines.
·Foster a welcoming, efficient demeanour in customer interactions.
·Meet KPI benchmarks for appointments and lead generation.
·Facilitate seamless communication between branches and APC for effective customer management.
·Secure clean compliance reports while nurturing staff skill development.
·Oversee branch operations diligently, ensuring top-notch customer service delivery.
·Acquire business through property valuation, securing optimal fees.
·Educate customers on process, costs, and available services.
·Maintain meticulous transaction records in compliance with GDPR.
·Facilitate and manage offers from potential buyers/tenants.
·Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the local market dynamics.
·Address customer complaints efficiently and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
·Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director for coordinated marketing initiatives.
·Ensure staff comprehension of legal parameters and adherence to policies and laws.
·Manage time effectively, balancing branch presence with priority tasks.
·Act as a role model for organizational values and exemplary leadership behaviours.
·Ensure branch coverage during scheduled absences.
·Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with direct reports.
·Champion diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives across branches.
·Uphold health and safety compliance alongside marketing standards.
Key Skills:
·Strategic alignment of plans with business objectives.
·Impeccable presentation and credibility.
·Outstanding communication skills and adept at relationship management.
·Possession of a full driving license.
·Proficient in IT tools and systems.
Experience:
·Proven track record in estate agency.
·Background in a multi-site, sales-driven environment.
·Proficiency in property sales regulations.
·Demonstrated capability in managing sales teams, preferably in a multi-site setup.
·Proven success in generating new business.
· Basic salary £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience plus commissions and car allowance.
