As a leading Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the sales strategy: owning global sales strategy for the subsea market.
- Developing and managing relationships with all key contacts, be new and existing customers
- Supporting the regional business development colleagues to identify new opportunities.
- Delivering sales presentations at a senior level
- Havign a good understanding of the competitive landscape and the key qualification standards for the industry for insultation
- Identify new market needs, driving product qualification through the technical department.
The ideal Sales Manager Candidate will have:
- A proven background working as a Sales Manager within the Technical and Engineering industry.
- The ability to present at senior level to new and existing clients.
- Experience leading and supporting a team, pointing them in the right direction to achieve new opportunities and success.
- Collaboration skills, where you have liaised with different internal and external departments to support cross selling of products.
- A confident and professional approach
