Sales Ledger Clerk for an established Property Management firm based in Knightsbridge.
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am to 6pm
Reporting into the Accounts Line Manager with responsibilities as follows:
* Must be Xero Accounts System proficient.
* Generate and issue sales invoices for Residential and Commercial Lettings on a monthly and quarterly basis
* Generate and issue sales invoices for Residential and Commercial Service Charges and Ground Rents (includes liaising with and using information provided by Purchase Ledger)
* Generate and issue sales invoices for inter-company transactions including credit card reconciliations
* Generate and issue sales invoices for Section 20 Works
* Post all incoming rent/other payments in Xero on a daily basis
* Post all incoming rent payments on Residential Tenant Database on a daily basis
* Prepare Weekly Debtors Report for Principals of Company with detailed notes if required for Rent Control (by others)
* Weekly reconciliation of Sales Ledger
* Monthly reconciliation of Deposits received
* Monthly reconciliation of Invoices issued
* Provide cover for work required to perform Weekly Payments Run (Purchase Ledger) during absence of Purchase Ledger Clerk
* Written and verbal articulacy essential
* Work Accuracy essential
* Reporting to Accounts Manager (Line Manager) and Principals of the company when required
