Our SAP Gold Partner client is a leading HR Consulting Firm specialising in Human Experience Management. Recognised as experts in HR cloud solutions, this exciting company is poised for further global growth. To meet their expectations for growth, they are looking for a Sales Development Representative to complement their high-performing UK sales function.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
* Focus on the mid to enterprise markets
* Identify, map, and approach prospects
* Deliver prospect outreach via phone, email, and social media
* Manage LinkedIn and email campaigns
* Question, understand, and establish prospect pain points
* Guide prospects through the sales process
* Book qualified appointments
* Build strong rapport
* Collaborate with colleagues to help refine the sales playbook
* Continue personal development and learning
The ideal Sales Development Representative will possess the following skills, experience, and traits:
* A recent degree
* 1-2 years sales experience
* SaaS or SAP exposure
* Consultative, tenacious, and professional in approach
* High levels of motivation
* First-class communication and presentation skills
