Reed Business Support are excited to be working with a nationally established construction company in the search for a Sales Coordinator. Based in Sheffield, you will be responsible for developing opportunities and leads as part of the sales team.
We are looking for someone who is capable of proactively developing construction leads into enquiries and assisting/managing the development of our clients specifications together with full customer support.
Benefits:
Wage: £21,000 – £25,000 + 30% Bonus (OTE £27.5k – £32k)

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop construction leads into enquires.
• Using an online database to actively promote our business through proactive Sales calls to Architects, Engineers & contractors regarding project leads.
• Contacting design professionals to gain information, build relationships and promote the business, primarily by telephone/email.
• Keep up-to-date records on future projects/ follow projects through to enquiry.
• Follow leads through from detailed planning until live and then pass over to the correct sales person along with the relevant project contact details
• Manage the online lead intelligence system and distribute relevant leads to relevant
• personnel.
• Assist/perform sales development initiatives and produce all relevant information as requested – send emails – product information etc.
• Develop databases and provide management information on specific projects/initiatives.
Key requirements:
• At least a year of experience in a similar Lead Generation/Sales Co-ordinator position. (High level admin and customer service will work!)
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A knowledge of the construction industry would be preferential, but not essential as full training will be given.
• IT literate.
