Do you have a strong background in HVAC or construction within the new-build or heavy retrofit market? Have you got sound knowledge of UK building regulations and good sales acumen?

This growing organisation specialise in the design, delivery and servicing of low carbon solutions for new-build developments. Following recent success they are now looking to expand their sales team to continue on their upward trajectory.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for building new and developing existing relationships to create business opportunities for sustainable ventilation and heat pump solutions into the new-build market.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the HVAC or construction market with a strong network of contacts within the new-build or heavy retrofit sector. Candidates must have good knowledge of UK building regulations (Part F, Part O) and strong sales acumen.

The Role:
*Identify, develop and close new business opportunities for renewable ventilation and heat pump solutions
*Produce reports, estimations, quotes
*Manage through CRM system
*CPD presentations for architects
The Person:
*Experience in the HVAC, renewable heating or construction sector
*Strong sales acumen
*Passionate about renewables
*IT Literate
*Commutable to Exeter
*Full UK Driving License
