Are you a dynamic individual with a knack for fostering client relationships and ensuring smooth sales operations? We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and maintaining customer satisfaction and company organisation.

My client is one of the biggest players in Artistic bespoke metalwork and they are looking for somebody to join their dynamic, forward thinking, family style team for the long haul!

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries and support.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to order processing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
  • Utilize your strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with various systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Manufacturing, Design, Logistics, and Sales to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Apply your commercial acumen to assist in pricing strategies and optimize profitability.
  • Thrive in a deadline-driven environment, consistently delivering results with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Resides in the London area, with convenient access to our office location.
  • Possesses a personable and outgoing demeanour, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Demonstrates excellent administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in utilizing various systems and software to support sales and administrative functions.
  • Exhibits commercial awareness and experience in managing pricing or related activities.
  • Strong team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
