The Role
- £23,000 – £26,000 Depending on experience
- Office Based
- 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday (30 minute lunch & 15 minute break)

Daily Responsibilities
As an Internal Sales Administrator you will be responsible for providing full end to end sales support, from taking the order through to dispatch.
- Taking and processing customer sales orders (over the phone and via emails)
- Raising customer quotations
- Managing and developing customer relationships
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and various internal departments
- Management of customer expectations and keep customers updated
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers
- Covering reception duties
About you?
- Experience in a Sales Administration role or similar
- Sales order processing experience
- Ability to deliver a high level customer service experience
- Comfortable in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail ensuring information is accurate and correct
- Competent in MS applications word & excel
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
