Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Account Executive who is adept at converting and generating sales from both new and existing customers, meeting personal and company revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy communicator, comfortable with phone, video calls, live chat, emails, and social media, and driven to provide outstanding customer service.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Handle all sales-related customer interactions with a focus on direct sales activities for at least 80% of your time.
  • Convert customer contacts into sales, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with peers and the Sales Manager to analyse and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Maximize profit per order through cross-selling/upselling while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
  • Assist with sales administration and customer services as needed to serve the best interests of the customer and the business.
  • Utilize company systems and processes effectively.
  • Stay informed about products and competitors, sharing insights with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in a sales-oriented environment.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commercially astute with strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other relevant IT skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Well-organized with good planning skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with initiative.
  • A team player with a flexible, positive, and proactive attitude.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • You dont need to come from a sale background but be willing to learn the sales and customer service element of the role
