Salary: £24,000 – £48,000 per annum, OTE

Due to continued expansion our client is looking for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Duties:

– Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

– Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

– Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations online to potential clients.

– Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

– Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate accurate reports.

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

– Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

– Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop effective sales strategies.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

– Proficient in using Microsoft and CRM software for lead management and tracking.

– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

– Uncapped monthly commission, double OTE. £48k
