Basic salary (negotiable) £50,000 – £60,000 + £10,000 car allowance and a simple % of revenue generated commission structure with year 1 expectations circa £90,000 OTE (min) Year 2 should be £110,000 + (uncapped)
The best bit – the marketing team is world class, 60-70% of leads are supplied by the marketing team, but we need a proactive self-generator who will benefit an excellent marketing lead gen system!

The Role – an overview:
You’ll work as part of a tight knit sales team and gain a masterful understanding of this client’s services. You will be responsible for the sales target for a specific region and set of partners. It will be up to you to drive the performance of assigned partners while maintaining a high level of direct engagement with prospects to achieve personal sales KPIs!

The Responsibilities – what you will do day-to-day:
- Ability to accurately qualify prospects and leads to identify predictable potential sales opportunities
- Competently prepare for introductory sales meetings that will amaze and inspire prospective customers
- Deliver a challenger sales methodology with an in-depth understanding of prospects and customers
- Navigate the sales process from end to end based on agreed KPIs
- Negotiate deals to close through leveraging Miller Heiman methodology
- Manage a diverse and progressive pipeline to achieve the agreed quota
- Use data (dashboards and reports) to proactively progress opportunities
- Forecast accurately by month, ensuring resilience in the pipeline
- Collaborate with team and across departments both locally and globally
- Manage, execute, and measure agreed partner plans
- Work with partners to drive commercial focus and achieve agreed KPIs
- Interact with customers and partners via email, chat, phone, video calls and WhatsApp
