Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading waste management company in their search for a Retentions Advisor to work from their offices in Wrexham. 

For the successful Retentions Advisor our client is offering:

  1. Salary up to £25,000 per annum
  2. Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.00pm
  3. Permanent position
  4. Free parking, 20 days + Bank Holidays + Pension

The role – Retentions Advisor :

  1. Dealing with a variety of initial queries, remaining customer-focused to find the most suitable conclusion via inbound customer contact 
  2. Handle enquiries from initial conversation to resolution; providing new contract agreements where necessary
  3. Manage complaints / feedback from customers to apply alternative services to meet customer expectations
  4. Provide excellent customer service during each engagement via email, telephone and customer interaction

What our client is looking for in a Retentions Advisor:

  1. Previous call handling experience and customer service resolution management via telephone call and email experience – ESSENTIAL
  2. Sales through service calls and/or any negotiation as part of previous service-led roles – DESIRABLE
  3. Confident Communicator – ESSENTIAL

Key skills or similar Job titles: Retentions Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Complaint Hander, Account Manager, Post-Sales Account Manager
