Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of children’s EBD services.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support to staff members to ensure the highest standards of care.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered Manager experience within children’s services (EBD preferred).
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willing to work towards)
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and making a difference.
- Understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
