What is the role?
Due to growth and expansion, our Reed Business Support division based in Cambridge are looking for a new Permanents Recruitment Consultant to join the existing team of experienced recruiters.

Who would suit this role?
We are open to experience, however we are ideally looking for sales professionals, or someone with recruitment knowledge, or strong account management experience looking to transition into the lucrative world of recruitment. You will also need to have the right mindset to be driven, motivated, ambitious, organised, tenacious, good at relationship building and confident on the phone are key. Obviously, we are always interested in speaking to experienced Recruiters who have demonstratable knowledge in the industry. We are mainly looking for someone with the right attitude and we can train the rest!
