The role
We have an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our newly appointed Mobility Technology team.
Working on Digital Technology across the Automotive, Aerospace and Maritime sectors.
– It is a market where we have strong sector presence and are looking to capitalise on the growth of technology across all sectors.
– We are seeking someone to be focused on White collar recruitment, this is a sales based role where you will make use of our current sector footprint as well as opening up exciting new Technology growth companies.
– Mobility is a huge team for us, it’s a £4.5m NFI business unit, and home to some of Matchtech’s highest performers.
– It’s also a division where almost all of the senior leaders started as Trainees, including Head of Sector Daniel Tchupan who also won Sales leader of the year for us.
– We will consider people from any sector, though previous technology recruitment experience would be extremely advantageous, our view is that good people can adapt to any market
– But being fast paced and reactive are absolute necessities.
Responsibilities:
ยท Develop new business prospects via marketing calls, client visits, company presentations and networking at client events.
ยท Responsible for ensuring Matchtechโs penetration of new accounts by delivering the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
ยท Where possible, utilise Delivery Consultants to fulfil client requirements, enabling a greater focus on client development and sales.
ยท Where Delivery Consultants cannot be used, utilise extensive and innovative candidate attraction strategies that are relevant to the current requirement. This may include advertising vacancies on job boards, developing a referral network, exhausting the existing database and demonstrate excellent head hunting skills and thus build a strong candidate referral network and hotlists.
ยท Build and share technical and market awareness of your sector with colleagues, clients and candidates.
ยท Generate, follow-up and share leads within your sector, becoming an advocate for sector collaboration.
ยท Support CDM or Enterprise clients where specific expertise is required that Delivery Consultants cannot offer.
ยท Responsible for working with the Manager in achieving team and personal objectives and playing your part in the overall sector strategy and development.
ยท Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.
ยท Demonstrate capabilities of being a specialist within your division, encouraging team members to refer to you.
ยท Promote team spirit and ensure cohesiveness within your area in achieving team goals.
ยท Responsible for developing team capabilities by ongoing training strategies.
ยท Support Entry and Associate level Consultants to develop into their role through at-desk coaching as and when required by management.
