Reed HR have been engaged by an established gas company who are seeking a Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to join their HR team.

You will have responsibility for co-ordinating various recruitment projects and onboarding our new starters, ensuring they have a fantastic experience! This is a busy and hands on role and requires care and attention when providing services to candidates and hiring managers from all over the business.

The Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator will…

• Managing the end-to-end coordination, including role approval, advertising, interviews, offers, and onboarding, in line with payroll deadlines

• Supporting In-House Recruiters with volume and bespoke recruitment campaigns

• Liaising with line managers in relation to recruitment needs and providing advice and support throughout the process

• Supporting with recruitment events such as careers fairs, interview days etc.

• Contributing towards EDI initiatives in recruitment

• Ensuring SLAs for recruitment and onboarding are met, and contributing to improvements of processes

The successful Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator will have…

• Good administrative and organisational skills

• Experience in a busy office environment

• Comfortable dealing with changing priorities

• Expert communicator via phone and email channels, dealing with stakeholders at all levels

• Experience with ATS systems desirable, but not essential
