Your new job as a Real Estate Account Handler, will be working for a privately-owned Global Lloyd’s Broker with offices based around the UK and Worldwide, with their head office based in the City. They have a dedicated team of over 5000 employees who prides themselves on having an entrepreneurial cultural that their clients benefit from. Due to continued successful growth within the Real Estate division, they are looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Account Handler to join them in a client and market-facing role that offers excellent opportunity for professional development as a member of their established London Real Estate Team

Your new role
Your new job working as a Real Estate Account Handler means you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day service delivery to a mixed portfolio of UK and European property owners and real estate clients. You will act as a client advocate within the Property team working with an allocation of clients from varying sizes from commercial to large corporate Property accounts. You will be responsible for obtaining both renewal and new business quotations and prepare market presentations. Research, prepare and present renewal reports as well as prepare market presentations. Other duties will include managing and coordinating global insurance programmes and liaise with the network worldwide as necessary. Building and nurturing close, long-lasting relationships by developing a constantly expanding network of Clients, Insurers, Lawyers and Loss Adjusters.

What you\’ll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as an Account Handler dealing with Property Owners or Real Estate business will lead to your success either UK or Pan Europe. Ideally, you will experience within a similar role and strong technical knowledge of not only property risks but also experience of associated casualty lines of business. You will also have excellent communications skills and the ability to attend external client meetings when required. They are looking for someone that has the energy and appetite to learn and proven can develop and progress within our business.
