If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. TPP are recruiting a Quality and Improvement Lead to become part of our client’s team, a charity focused on providing support.
The Role:
As a Quality and Improvement Lead, your understanding of mental health, experience translating data into effective actions, and time management skills will be essential in supporting our client deliver high-quality care and improve the lives of people. This position offers a high level of autonomy, with the opportunity to identify and prioritise workload effectively.
Main responsibilities:
- Board Level Report Writing: Producing comprehensive reports with recommendations for improvement and redesign, influencing decision-making at the highest level.
- Site Visits: Visits to mental health recovery units across London, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with the CEO, Director of Services, and Regional Ops Manager to align quality initiatives with strategic goals.
- Audits and Governance: Complete audits related to governance systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Service Improvement: Provide expertise to facilitate, support, and guide the application of service improvement.
- Quality Improvement Tools: Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of quality improvement tools in collaboration with health and social care partners.
- Data Analysis: Analyse complex data from various stakeholders, including health professionals, service users, and carers, to drive evidence-based improvements.
- Contract Compliance: Ensure that all contract requirements are submitted to commissioners in a timely manner and lead gap analysis to address outstanding improvement areas.
- Participation in Housing Agency Meetings: Attend meetings to observe the referral process.
- Compliance Audits: Conduct compliance audits, including people management, probations, and learning and development assessments.
Essential requirements:
- Experience in a quality lead role
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of governance systems and quality improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- A passion for driving excellence in mental health services.
