Manufacturing Futures are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Engineer based near Wakefield. The appointed quality engineer will be exposed to all areas of quality assurance (ISO9001, customer complaints and supplier audits) and have some involvement in H&S, Energy and Environmental policies. Quality Engineer – Role & Responsibilities – Quality Assurance / ISO9001 / Audits / Suppliers / Product Quality / Quality Management System, Manufacturing
*Providing development support to suppliers when required
*Handle customer complaints and investigate using root cause analysis and CAPA
*Maintenance and development of the corrective action systems (NCR and Audit)
*Day to day involvement with ISO9001 accredited quality management system
Quality Engineer – Skills & Experience – Quality Assurance / ISO9001 / Audits / Suppliers / Product Quality / Quality Management System, Manufacturing
*Minimum of ONC/OND with over 5 years industry experience in a quality role
*Experienced with audits
*Knowledge of ISO9001 required
*Practical experience of co-ordinating and initiating improvement activities with 8D / root cause analysis
