Purchasing Administrator – Ringwood, Up to £28,000
Our Client is a well established and rapidly growing business based in Ringwood. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced administrator who ideally has some experience sourcing products and negotiating with suppliers to purchase items as needed for installations.
Duties will include:-
- Placing orders for extra parts and new panels as needed
- Updating system when deliveries of parts are recieved
- Checking to make sure all parts are in before panel deliveries
- Requesting quotes and organising parts for spraying before panel delivery
- Preparing survey paperwork for panel deliveries
- Liaising with Warehouse regularly for ny stock requirements
- Working closely with Contracts and Installations team
Your background:-
- You will need to have great attention to detail and a methodical and logical approach
- You will have experience working with suppliers and ordering products
- You will be a strong communicator and be able to work under pressure
This is a permanent, full time, office based role working Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5.30pm
