Property Systems Implementation Lead

The role will report directly to the Director of Property and will be part of a small internal team within the Property department tasked with driving forward and delivering a number of key digital systems in collaboration with the Digital and Transformation team.

The post-holder is responsible for working effectively across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with specific responsibility for ensuring and assuring the delivery of assets and property-based aspects of their new Housing Management System (MIS Active H) and wider system roll outs and changes, for example new job systems for Cobalt+ (theirin-house contractor), new contractor system integrations and changes to assets and property-based data structures and reporting.

Experience in specification, development, testing and implementation of digital solutions for property and assets is a key requirement of the role, and whatever your previous project management background, an enthusiasm to learn about and implement new digital solutions is absolutely essential.

You will need in-depth expertise in Asset Management and Repairs. In addition, you will have demonstrated expertise in implementing housing systems, with a strong focus on system configuration and build. Extensive experience with social housing asset management software and repairs module/social housing repairs, mobile working or scheduling systems is essential.
