Southdown is a leading provider of housing, supported employment and specialist support in Sussex. This is an exciting time to be joining Southdown, we are making significant investments to deliver an exciting programme of change.

We are looking for a talented Project Portfolio Manager to manage our Portfolio Management Office, working collaboratively with the business in to ensure alignment of project objectives with organisational goals and strategies. Reporting to our Director of Housing and Business Services you will be providing an organisational lead to how we manage and track projects and hold oversight of our portfolio of business activities – promoting best practice to drive success in existing and future projects.

This is a strategic business-partnering role, providing direction and alignment of projects across Southdown. You will have an in-depth understanding of PMO/Portfolio operating processes and procedures and be able to bring with you new ideas, backed up by your experience and passion for change. You will support our project governance framework and the ongoing development of Southdown’s project methodology – directly coordinating and deploying resource to ensure projects are given the best chance of success.
