The Maritime Portfolio Management Team is both the planning and the reporting hub for all the change initiatives within the Maritime business unit; as such it is responsible for both the Definition and Delivery of Programmes, Projects, and Small Changes in line with Portfolio Management Best Practices.

Our client sits within the travel and tourism sector. This role sits within the Maritime business unit. The client is based in Southampton and have a hybrid working policy including 3 days per week in the office.
Description
The role of the Process Analyst is to work closely with members of the Maritime Portfolio & Project Delivery and other Planning teams in the organisation, including Finance, Procurement, IT and HR Business Partners to maintain alignment with overall governance processes and add value through analysis and guidance.
Reporting directly to the Director Change Portfolio, the Process Analyst needs to work delegate effectively to direct reports (project analyst) and ensure tasks are a two-way collaboration across the CI programme and project team to ensure transparency, consistency and effective maintenance and delivery of change in alignment with agreed delivery frameworks.
Working collaboratively across departments to achieve success, the Process Analyst requires strong management, influencing and relationship skills, professional organisational ability, competent and effective communication styles.
The role will deliver this through:
- Influencing and managing the adherence to appropriate governance frameworks and controls.
- Supporting and assuring the provision of quality data, reporting, and dashboards.
- Aggregating data and other information to feed into the relevant governance meetings and processes in a timely manner.

- Experience within Maritime is desirable
- Good understanding and experience with Power BI and sharepoint
