Our client, a non-profit organisation, has been dedicated to supporting health and wellbeing for over 30 years. They collaborate with various stakeholders, including statutory and voluntary, community, and social enterprise partners in Surrey and its borders. They are currently looking for a Project Co-ordinator to support the Operations Managers and Senior Leadership team in the execution and management of key organisational projects.

Location: Guildford / Woking (3 days office / 2 days working at home)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Permanent

You will be using your exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in an extremely pacey environment. Being able to change priorities whilst remaining calm and focussed is essential, alongside having strong communication skills and ability to build solid working relationships.

Some examples of the duties and projects are below:

* Assist in the co-ordination and execution of an office relocation , including logistics, vendor management and internal communications
* Facilitate IT projects, liaising with the IT department and external vendors to ensure minimal disruption and efficient implementation
* Lead environmental review initiatives, gathering data, co-ordinating with stakeholder and co-ordinating the implementation of recommended changes
* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and proactively address challenges
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports and plans
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, follow up actions for project teams
* Act as a liaison between the operations team, senior leadership and other departments to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration
* Ongoing ad hoc support to Senior Management Team, CEO and Trustees

Our ideal applicant will have/be;

* Previous experience within a business support / project support role
* Ability to influence and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
* Organised and methodical approach to your work, excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently when needed but able to work in a small team
