Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project controls, including scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our nuclear projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project controls strategies and plans for nuclear projects.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to identify potential risks and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation plans and ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience in project controls management within the nuclear industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with nuclear safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
