Job Title: Production Team Leader
Salary: From £33,000k+
Location: Ashford
Hours: Monday- Friday , Rotating Shifts 0600-1400/1400-2200
Our client based in Ashford is looking for an exceptional production team leader to join their team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Effectively motivating a team of people to meet production targets.
Ensuring the final product meets client specifications.
Effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure plan is met on hourly/daily basis.
Adhering to and promoting best practice in accordance with company Health, Safety and Quality regulations.
Ensuring all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.
In depth knowledge of the routine machine operations of the line equipment.
Optimize Line efficiency whilst maintaining and improving standards.
Liaise with the Shift Supervisor regarding feedback of the team’s performance both collectively and individually.
Skills and experience sought:
- Proven experience in a leadership role ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of health & safety.
Excellent team management and communication skills.
Health and Safety level 3 is desirable
Food hygiene level 3 is desirable
Work instructions and machinery in your area
Entry level HACCP
