Our client, an industry leading business near Ormskirk in Merseyside is seeking a Proclaim Developer to contribute to their innovative Proclaim projects. This person with have the opportunity to progress into a Senior Proclaim Developer within a handful of years, after that push into management as the company grow.
Qualifications & Skills
1.5 years’ + commercial experience with Eclipse Proclaim (Tech Level 4 desirable)
Proclaim proficiency in workflow maintenance, XML Template, case linking, auto routines, and advanced reports.
MATHS coding expertise, including FETCH and updating linked case data.
Familiarity with Rates maintenance and advanced Proclaim functionalities.
Responsibilities
Maintain and support Proclaim systems.
Act as the direct point of contact for assigned Proclaim users.
Manage tickets within SLAs using the Helpdesk system.
Collaborate with Proclaim users to enhance business activities.
Design, develop, test, and implement Proclaim system changes.
Mentor junior developers within the team.
