A historic and traditional boutique law firm, located in central Hampshire, close to the M3 are seeking a lawyer for their Chambers & Partners recognised Private Client Team.
The firm are lauded for their high end and bespoke service they deliver to an affluent client base which reaches beyond the locality of the beautiful surrounding cathedral city. Quality over quantity is the mantra here and that permeates through the team who all have impressive CV’s and more than compete with the corporate entities that operate in the area.
The firm have an impressive reputation when it comes to Private client work dealing with HNW and UNHW clients and estates are generally not less than £2m in value. The work is varied and includes the full mix of work including agricultural estates alongside domestic private client work.
This role will see you join an impressive team including 3 ranked partners, as such you will be technically strong and accustomed to the particular nuances and complexities that you might be likely to encounter when dealing with this end of the market. You may find this position particularly appealing with the progression on offer where it is envisaged you can develop a niche to call your own alongside Wills, Tax Planning and high end Probate. That being said, there is no shortage of work and you will find yourself running a full caseload in no time.
Due to the nature of the role, the client has a preference for STEP qualified lawyers, you may have this already or be looking to add this to your repertoire and if so you will be supported to do so.
