We are looking for a Senior Property Manager with experience of managing prime residential property to work with a prestigious developer in central London. The company offers the opportunity to work on some of London’s finest and most exclusive properties and to provide property and customer solutions to an exciting international clientele.
This client-side position is a pivotal role delivering best in class customer service to prospective and exisiting purchasers and residents ensuring excellent communication at all times. You will be at the forefront of the company, representing its values and ensuring its reputation by engaging with customers to find solutions to any issues.
Duties include:
Listening to any issues and finding solutions to problems
Liaison between construction, facilities management and residents keeping all stakeholders updated
Attending meetings and viewings with purchasers
Understanding leases and the services offered within them
Manage the defect solution process
Create occupier engagement opportunities and implement changes to improve the customer experience
The successful applicant must have experience of dealing with HNWIs and luxury residential property.
