Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree
- Teaching Certification (QTS/QTLS/PGCE)
- Thorough knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Previous experience in a primary school is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education
- Ability to formulate engaging and inclusive lesson plans
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and collaboration
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to foster a conducive learning atmosphere
- Evaluate and monitor student progress, offering constructive feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being
- Engage in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of educational trends and best practices
- Establish a secure and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and take risks
