Academics LTD are currently working with this fantastic Primary school in Richmond to recruit an experienced school administrator to start in January 2024. The school is based within easy reach of excellent transport and has had an Outstanding OFSTED for over 12 years. The school is very well known in the borough of Wandsworth for excellent academics results and is oversubscribed in every year group. The Headteacher is ready to interview and appoint and an enthusiastic and diligent administrator to support their staff, children, parents and carers.
Duties will include;
* Keeping attendance records * Liaising with PTFA * GDPR knowledge regarding management of records * Secondary transfer administration * Meeting and greeting visitors * Managing inbound and outbound calls * Typing letters and dealing with post * Corresponding with staff and parents
* Managing SIMS to maintain and enter data * Supporting staff with administrative duties
The successful candidate will have;
* Prior experience with SIMS or another school database is essential. * A track record of working in education is essential * Confident in handling various tasks. * Able to multi-task. * Professional and personal approach.
* Excellent organisation skills.
