Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of RTA/credit hire cases from portal exit to settlement.
Conducting legal research and analysis.
Drafting legal documents, including statements and correspondence.
Liaising with clients, insurers, and other parties involved in the case.
Assisting with file management and maintaining accurate case records.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a PI Paralegal, with a focus on RTA cases.
Knowledge of credit hire is preferred.
