**Robust induction period (NQ’ds well supported) and any further necessary training provided**
*Salary up to £58,000 depending on experience*
**IP support available**
Key Duties
- Manage the day to day duties of the pharmacy
- Looking for someone to work 45 hours per week
- Manager role ideally have the relevant experience

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
- Experience of working in a community pharmacy
- Ideally have experience of leading a team
- Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and how to maximise profit through the achievement of targets
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
- Experience of coaching and developing people
