This role is for a passionate People Operations Manager keen to contribute to an exciting growth business within the sporting industry. This permanent, full-time position is based in West London.

Description
- Support the team in delivery of the end to end employee lifecycle, driving efficiencies and improvements.
- Oversight and delivery of accurate and timely Payroll.
- Key critical connection between Finance and People, leading on audits and ensuring we are tax compliant (including overseas working, IR35 and contractors).
- Policy, terms and conditions and benefits owner.
- Key connection with Health & Safety for office and events, ensuring we are supporting and protecting our people.
- Lead in systems review, enhancement and account management (payroll, HR Information System, performance management,
- Learning Management System etc.).
- GDPR champion, working closely with the Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance and best practice across processes.
- Employee Relations lead.
- Management, engagement and development of 2 People Advisors.
Profile
- Previous experience in an HR /People Operations or HR Specialist role ideally within an international environment
- Previous experience in a small/medium sized organistion in a fast paced environment
- Experience of managing change and driving People initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Experience of implementing new initiatives and rolling out new ways of working
- Understanding of HR processes, with the ability to create new, and identify opportunities for improvement within existing processes.
