As a result of restructuring, our fast growing retail aligned business, is building a new shared service delivery team and looking to recruit a further five People Operations Advisors.
The role supports the regional management teams with the starter and leaver process, basic contractual changes and updates and maintains HR records on HRIS, alongside monitoring shared inboxes. The role will support the continuous improvement of the department by reviewing existing processes and looking at opportunities for automation.
Key Background:
- Ideally studied CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience
- Sound understanding of employee lifecycle – hire to retire
- Onboarding experience
- New starter / finisher process exposure
- First line call handling – low level advisory work
- Strong HRIS systems experience
