Role Overview:
As our Specialist PE Teacher, you’ll be the architect of physical prowess, a motivator for wellness, and a conductor of camaraderie. Beyond teaching, you’ll ignite a passion for health, teamwork, and vibrant living in every student.
Responsibilities:
- Help to develop and deliver an engaging PE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver lessons that go above and beyond the ordinary, fostering skills, teamwork, and an infectious love for fitness.
- Assess and fine-tune students’ progress, offering feedback that inspires improvement.
- Lead extracurricular sports events, transforming each one into a showcase of talent and sportsmanship.
- Collaborate with colleagues to seamlessly integrate PE into the overall school curriculum.
- Cultivate an environment where positivity and inclusivity fuel physical, social, and emotional growth.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, infusing innovation into your teaching methods.
Qualifications:
- A degree showcasing your expertise in Physical Education (a Master’s degree is a bonus).
- A Teaching Certification, attesting to your status as a certified fitness educator.
- Previous experience in the art of PE teaching is valued.
- A deep understanding of child development and pedagogy.
- Stellar communication skills that resonate with students of all levels.
- An ability to inspire and motivate students, ensuring they reach their full potential.
